Financial Wellbeing

At Newcastle Hospitals, we know that financial worries can affect anyone. To help, we have a number of ways that our staff can access financial support and special offers or discounts.

It is understandable that our staff may be worried about financial difficulties – as we are not only seeing increases in national insurance and inflation, but petrol prices are on the rise alongside bills for electricity, gas, mobile phones, and council tax.

This can contribute to increased levels of stress and anxiety for our colleagues, at a time when this may already be heightened.

We would therefore like to make staff aware of the financial tools and assistance available to them at Newcastle Trust, which we hope will lighten this burden a little.

You can find out more at Benefits Everyone.
