Newcastle Hospitals has produced a special video to commemorate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Our short film looks at what life was like at the hospital during the 1950s and how things are very different, but also quite familiar, 70 years later.
It compares and contrasts the “old” and the “new” across the decades – in many of our services.
