From Shine Rewards to training and champions – there are so many ways that you can make a difference to sustainability in healthcare.

We aim to embed sustainability and support for climate emergency action into all purchasing decisions, working towards a net zero carbon supply chain.

Green spaces provide patients, staff and the wider community with the opportunity to get outdoors and take part in activities that help our natural environment – from beach cleans and tree planting, to nature walks and restoring habitats.

There are a number of training and educational offers available from Greener NHS, other external providers and our own Advanced Programme for Sustainability Ambassadors.
